Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing is a Omaha manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
