Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight is a Colorado Springs logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
