Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Lumen West Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 955 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
