Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Mill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
