Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Orchard Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
