Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Corner Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Raleigh region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
