Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Field Auto Group is a Providence company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
