Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records.
