Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
