Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Wren Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
