Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Portland, OR)

Northwind Yarrow Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
