Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Portland, OR)

Lumen Nest Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
