Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Portland, OR)

Lumen Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Portland region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Portland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
