Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Harbor Freight is a Pittsburgh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
