Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Pittsburgh, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
