Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
