Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
