Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
