Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 224 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
