Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 716 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
