Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Willow Auto Group is a Phoenix company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
