Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Phoenix with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
