Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once.
