Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group is a Philadelphia company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
