Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Forge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Omaha design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
