Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oakland, CA)

Nova Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
