Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Rowan Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
