Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
