Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Clear Energy is an energy provider in Oakland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 450 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification.
