Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Oakland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
