Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Nashville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
