Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
