Fernwood Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment.
