Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Junction Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
