Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Nashville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
