Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Nashville region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
