Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Lakeside Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 383 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification.
