Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Willow Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification.
