Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Haven Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
