Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Thistle Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
