Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Inspection Services Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
