Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
