Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Clear Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Milwaukee, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
