Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Miami area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Miami. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
