Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Wren Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Miami region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
