Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
