Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Louisville, KY)

Cedar Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
