Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Thistle Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 269 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
