Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Louisville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
