Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing makes precision components in Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
